Resmark and BrightSky Residential celebrated #InternationalCoastalCleanupDay last week by participating in beach, river, and creek cleanups across all of its offices nationwide. We are grateful for the support of Los Angeles Waterkeeper, Orange County Coastkeeper, Anacostia Riverkeeper, and Keep Dallas Beautiful, whose collaboration helped us make a meaningful impact in preserving our waterways and promoting environmental stewardship.

Resmark’s Filipp Aledort and Scott Jackson joined JV partners Matt Brendel and Brian McNally of Legacy Partners on a tour of Rylan at Gateway, a new multifamily development in Forney, Texas. Pre-leasing is set to begin soon, with the first units expected to be delivered by year-end.

First Look: Rylan at Gateway, a 336-unit multifamily community offering modern living with a variety of floor plans and smart home features. Located in Forney, Texas, a fast-growing suburban city just 20 minutes east of downtown Dallas via U.S. 80, residents will enjoy convenient access to shopping, dining, and entertainment options. Leasing has commenced at Preserve at HWY 6, a 320-unit, single-family build-to-rent community in Fresno, Texas. Each home includes a private patio and back yard, energy-efficient LED lighting and appliances, smart unit technology and modern kitchen backsplashes. Community amenities include an expansive clubhouse, an internet cafe, a fitness center with yoga and spin studio, dog park, grilling areas and a resort-style saltwater pool. A JV development investment with Ascendant Development with property management by Greystar.

Earlier this month, Resmark’s CIO Ziv Cohen participated as a speaker at the #USAConference in Königstein, Germany to discuss the future of single-family rentals and the emergence of build-to-rent developments.
