The Lennar Nashville Division partnered with School Aid International’s Christmas Angels Program to sponsor 45 children from Susan Gray Head Start. The team provided each child with outfits, pajamas, a blanket, socks, underwear, a stuffed animal, and educational toys. They also organized a wrapping party to prepare the gifts for delivery, ensuring each child received a special gift that brought smiles to their faces. Great job, Nashville!

The Lennar California Coastal Division did an incredible job this year, collaborating with multiple organizations through Focused Acts of Caring. Starting off the year with the annual Orangewood Adventure Challenge, where the team was able to raise funds for youth support. In addition, they participated in a HomeAid sponsored Diaper Drive, helping raise over 1 million diapers for those in need. The team didn’t stop there, participating in the Susan G. Komen Walk for breast cancer, where they contributed towards the fight against cancer. Lastly, the Division joined forces with South County Outreach to renovate homes for families who were homeless. Associates were able to welcome the families with some holiday cheer upon their return. Lennar’s California Coastal Division really embodies Lennar’s core values and we are eager to see what they accomplish this year. Great work, California Coastal! #GivingBack #FocusedActsofCaring

Lennar’s Charlotte Division made a significant impact on their community by partnering with several organizations: serving meals to over 150 people through the Homeless Resource Center, donating funds to Claire’s Army to support families battling childhood cancer, contributing to Autism Strong, and partnering with Dream on 3, which grants sports-themed dreams to children with life-altering conditions. Way to go, Lennar Charlotte!

Meet Natacha Sexton. Natacha started her career at Lennar as a contracted Billing Analyst. She was quickly hired on as a full-time Associate as a Data Analyst for the Lennar Technology Group Mobility team in 2014. She was then promoted to System Admin for Web, Mobile, & Desktop Platforms shortly after. In this role, she orders devices for new Associates, configures the devices, and assists in troubleshooting for Associates across the country. More recently, Natacha was promoted to Systems Engineer II, Digital Workplace. Natacha loves Lennar’s commitment to giving back. Each year, she is an ambassador for the Dolphins Cancer Challenge (DCC). She assists in handing out race packets and t-shirts and raises funds for cancer research. Natacha is an active promoter of the DCC and other Lennar Foundation initiatives. Natacha is always willing to take on new challenges and puts other Associates first. She is a true asset to the Lennar Technology Group. Congrats, Natacha! Fun Fact – Natacha has a love of drag racing. She has been racing since she was 18 years old and loves working on cars. Her dream truck is a Ford Raptor.

Lennar’s Phoenix Division has proudly partnered with Child Crisis Arizona for over 12 years, supporting their mission to ensure “Safe kids…Strong families.” This year, Lennar Phoenix donated funds and participated in several volunteer events, including a diaper drive that collected over 30,000 diapers and 19,000 wipes, and an annual Trunk-or-Treat event for children in need. Additionally, the team joined a holiday party for foster families and made blankets to donate. Lennar Phoenix is committed to continuing this meaningful partnership in the years to come!
