Here’s what we found compelling: 🌀 Hormonal Regulation: Breastfeeding helps balance stress and regulate the circadian rhythm, with prolactin and the physical act of nursing reducing emotional strain. 😴 Better Sleep & Confidence: Breastfeeding can help stabilize sleep patterns and boost maternal self-efficacy, strengthening the bond between mother and baby. 💡 Holistic Care is Key: Whether a mom chooses breastfeeding or formula feeding, non-judgmental support is vital for emotional well-being and preventing mood disorders. Importantly, the study calls for routine emotional assessments of new mothers. This is particularly critical in regions like Europe, where postpartum mental health support is often limited. Behind the Scenes: Crafting The Natural Nipple for your feeding journey 🍼🔍 At The Natural Nipple, every bottle we make is a labor of love and rigorous science. Our process starts with sourcing high-quality, medical-grade silicone that meets stringent European and U.S. safety standards. 🧪 Each batch undergoes thorough testing, simulating everyday use scenarios, such as heating milk or formula to 100°C, to ensure no harmful substances leach out. Our team works closely with material scientists and healthcare professionals to analyze each batch for volatile organic compounds (VOCs), polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs), and heavy metals like lead and cadmium—none of which are detected in our bottles. To maintain this level of safety, we retest one in every 100 bottles for any possible contaminants, going above and beyond industry standards. It's not just about meeting regulations; it's about exceeding them.
