Karen has played a key role in strengthening client relationships, expanding services, and fostering team collaboration. She will continue to drive strategies that exceed client expectations and build new opportunities. Kristin Luce, MAOP has been promoted to Director, Leadership Solutions and Special Projects. Kristin has excelled in managing complex projects and creating processes that enhance client outcomes and internal operations.
