What an honor to celebrate and share our launch with Crown Mountain Park and Recreation District just outside the City of Aspen. With nearly 500,000 visits per year, this gorgeous 132 acre public park is equipped with stunning fields, green spaces, and its very own BMX bike track! Better yet, nothing makes me happier than to hear Nate discuss how the Park’s voicemail no longer mentions phone reservations. Thankful to the brilliant Nate Grinzinger and Rebecca Wagner for believing in us, and grateful to expand the Kaizen platform throughout more communities in Colorado! #parksandrecreation #coloradoparks

We are so happy to work with Clear Creek Metropolitan Recreation District that serves the mountain communities of Idaho Springs and surrounding areas in Colorado. The district offers a variety of facilities and programs to promote fitness, wellness, and community engagement. CCMRD offers programs for all age groups, such as group fitness classes, youth and adult activities, and specialized programs.

It was an incredible start as we explored ways to turn everyday customer service moments into opportunities to build meaningful connections. 💡 Today, December 5th, we’re continuing the momentum at Buffalo Creek Retreat, part of Medina County Park District. Together, we’re learning how to ask better questions, read non-verbal cues, and practice real-life scenarios to connect with both patrons and colleagues on a deeper level. 💡 Tomorrow, December 6th, we’ll wrap up this inspiring series at the Dublin Community Recreation Center in Dublin, OH. 🚀 We’re thrilled to introduce two incredible new additions to the Kaizen team—John "Jack" Darmody and David Jones! 🎉 John Darmody joins us from Oscar Health, bringing over seven years of expertise in technical strategy and operations. He’s got a sweet spot for sour candy and keeps active playing racquet sports like padel, pickleball, and tennis. David Jones comes to us with over eight years of proposal development and management experience across several industries, including four years at OpenGov, where he transformed the RFP program into a revenue-driving force for Sales. Outside of work, you can find him catching a new movie, trying out a fresh restaurant or bar, going on a hike, or reading a good book. We’re excited to have both Jack and David’s talents, energy, and enthusiasm on board!
