Callahan Construction Managers is reaching for the roof at SMC Management Corp.'s Poet HIll project in Worcester, MA in Block D; decking the 5th floor in Block C; finishing the 4th floor trusses in Block B; and landing panels for the 1st floor in Block A. On the inside of the courtyard, Shawnlee Construction, LLC is working on the sheathing punchlist, and have completed the mock-up of the hot-applied waterproofing, flashing, and installation of a slider, and window. Inside the units, Atlantis Comfort Systems (HVAC sub), and Superior Plumbing are getting a jump on the MEPS rough-in, while A and E Fire Protection is installing the sprinklers.
