Looking back to one of our transformative projects: Sullivan Construction provided construction management services for the complete renovation of the Holiday Inn Select, turning it into the stunning Crowne Plaza® Hotels & Resorts Boston Woburn! This ambitious project included: ✅ Renovating 197 guest rooms and common areas ✅ Complete façade replacement ✅ Extensive demolition and asbestos abatement ✅ Architectural, mechanical, and electrical upgrades The hotel remained occupied during two phases of construction, requiring careful planning, noise control, and dust mitigation. 🚧💪 We’re proud to have delivered a seamless transformation while prioritizing the needs of the Owner and guests. 🙌 #BuiltAroundYou #BuildingTrust #ConstructionManagement #HospitalityRenovation

It’s #ThrowbackThursday! This week we are highlighting an #AwardWinning Design-Build renovation project! The former 120,000-square-foot retail space was completely gutted and reimagined to house Wire Belt’s new Bedford, NH Headquarters. The renovations included 20,000 SF of office space, 75,000 SF of Manufacturing space and approximately 25,000 SF of future growth space. In the renovation process, Sullivan Construction deployed underground penetrating radar to find existing plumbing needed to tie into the new restrooms and excavation of the existing foundation was required for underpinning to extend the new foundation for loading docks. A Solar Array capable of powering the facility was also mounted on the roof of the building. Sullivan Construction transforms ideas into reality with custom manufacturing environments.
