Wrapping up 2024 with plenty of confetti in celebration of Matt Hobbs being named Director of Operations & Maintenance for the Contra Costa Water District (CCWD). We end our calendar years just as we begin them - with good news!   TBC was honored to recently place Jennifer Crims with the Central County Fire District (CCFD) as the agency’s very first Human Resources Director. The fire service is a unique niche, and we were so fortunate to discover Jennifer and the great work she was doing at the San Mateo Consolidated Fire Department (SMCFD) as a Senior Human Resources Analyst during the recruitment.   Prior to investing the last five years of her career with the SMCFD, Jennifer served as a Senior Risk Management Analyst and Senior Human Resources Analyst with the City of San Mateo making her local government experience ideal for her new role.
