Meet Dayanand Kamath, managing director at TEKsystems Global Services in India.   Daya began his IT career in 1989 and currently serves as the managing director and board member of TEKsystems Global Services in India. With 35 years of extensive experience in the IT industry across the U.S. and India, he’s held key leadership roles that have shaped TEKsystems Global Services’ growth. Daya recently celebrated 30 years with TEKsystems. Today, we’re proud to spotlight his career within our organization. Last week, our team from the Bangalore Solution Centre had the privilege of contributing to the development of two schools as part of our CSR initiative. Our goal was not just to enhance the infrastructure but also to create a better learning environment for the students, who are the future of our society. This initiative was about more than just building schools; it was about fostering hope and opportunities. The improved infrastructure will benefit hundreds of children, allowing them to pursue their education in a more supportive environment. We are deeply grateful for the support of our organization, colleagues and the school authorities who made this initiative a success. This CSR activity has strengthened our belief that together, we can make a meaningful difference in the lives of others. I had the incredible opportunity to visit our TEKsystems Global Services in India offices for the first time with Roger M and Beth Tomsic, CISSP. It was an amazing opportunity to meet all of our outstanding recruiters and their leaders Anchan Arasinaguppe and Aanitha V (who are amazing hosts and never got tired of my endless questions!) I wish I could properly share what an inspiring and meaningful visit this was, but my words fall well short. The time spent diving into some really engaging conversations and strategic discussions was awe-inspiring. Our Bangalore and Hyderabad centers play a crucial role in supporting our global customers, and this trip reinforced the importance of our partnership. I am so proud of the ongoing effort, collaboration and dedication from our team and all of TEKsystems Global Services in India, Dayanand Kamath Jayakrishnan Sasikumar Datta Sakrepatna Ramu Lebaka it makes be so bullish on our future.
