  • In this week’s spotlight, we’re proud to feature Jessica Olivieri, MBA, Senior Supply Chain Manager at our Greenville, SC campus. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Converse College in Spartanburg, SC, and an MBA from Clemson University in Clemson, SC. Her strong educational background laid the foundation for a successful career in Supply Chain Management. Since joining TTI in 2020, Jessica has been an essential part of our team. She started as a Supply Chain Planner and quickly advanced to Supply Chain Manager, before being promoted to her current position as a Senior Supply Chain Manager. Why Supply Chain?  Jessica chose a career in Supply Chain because of the daily challenges and opportunities it presents. She thrives on the collaborative nature of her role, working closely with teams in product management, engineering, sales, transportation, and more. This cross-functional collaboration broadens her business understanding while enabling her to solve complex problems that best serve customers. She finds fulfillment in working alongside a team she considers the best and brightest in the industry. Her passion for solving problems and driving results keeps her energized and committed to her role. The event was filled with unique creations and inspiring stories, from custom jewelry and home décor to baked goods and art. This holiday market was more than just a shopping event—it was a celebration of the diverse talents within our organization.   • In this week’s spotlight, we are highlighting Zack Kolodziejski, Sr. Sales Manager based in Greenville, SC.   Zack is an alumnus of Niagara University, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in Sports Management Operations, followed by a master’s in Business Administration.   Zack joined TTI’s Leadership Development Program in 2019 as a Field Sales Marketing Representative, where he quickly demonstrated his ability to build strong relationships and deliver impactful results. His drive and dedication led to a promotion to Territory Manager in 2021, where he focused on leading and developing his team while driving results in upstate New York. Shortly after, Zack was promoted into the role of Divisional Recruiting Manager, expanding his experience by managing recruitment efforts in the Northeast division. In September 2022, Zack moved to our corporate office in Greenville, SC, to join our corporate sales team as a Sr. Sales Manager, where he continues to drive strong results for some of our largest sales channels nationally.   We’re excited to see the ongoing impact and success Zack will continue to make in his career!   #LeadershipDevelopmentProgram #PowerYourCareerWithTTI #EmployeeDevelopment

  • In this week’s spotlight, we highlight Grace Bragg, the Procurement Specialist at our TTI Florida Office. Grace joined TTI in May 2022, immediately after graduating from Bemidji State University. Her initial role as a Single Store Representative at Store # 4025 in Longview, WA provided her with invaluable experience in customer service and sales. Her talent and drive soon propelled her to the position of Territory Manager in Boise, ID, where she managed and expanded market presence. Grace’s impressive performance led to her promotion to Regional Sales Manager, still based in Boise, where she further demonstrated her leadership and strategic planning skills. Her most recent career transition to Procurement Specialist at our Florida Office has allowed her to deepen her expertise in supply chain management and procurement. Grace's move into procurement reflects her commitment to expanding her skill set and understanding of the supply chain. She recognized that proficiency in procurement would not only enhance her current role but also serve as a valuable asset for future career opportunities. Her strategic mindset and interest in optimizing supply chain processes made this role an ideal fit, aligning with her long-term career goals. Grace chose TTI for its renowned growth opportunities and supportive environment. She was drawn to the company’s commitment to developing its employees and providing a platform for professional advancement. What has kept her at TTI is the phenomenal leadership and mentorship she has experienced. The guidance and support from her leaders have played a significant role in her career development and ongoing success at TTI.   • In this week’s spotlight, we are highlighting Tino Alvarez, Director of Sales for Techtronic Industries in Mexico City, Mexico.     Tino is an alumnus of Whittier College, where he completed his bachelor’s in business administration and management.     Tino joined TTI’s Leadership Development Program (LDP) as a Field Sales & Marketing Representative in San Francisco, CA in September 2015. In his first role, Tino focused on building relationships with one of our key retail partners, finding the best solutions for our end users, and mentoring his peers. He was able to find the ideal balance between managing his daily tasks and finding creative ways to go above and beyond the expectations of this role, which led to his first promotion to Territory Manager in Guadalajara, Mexico in March 2016. Tino excelled quickly in all aspects of his management role between driving the development of his direct reports, partnering strategically with his retail partners to drive incremental business, and recruiting. He was promoted to Regional Manager in February 2017.    Tino continued to find new ways to drive results and built strong connections with the end users across his market. This passion for serving the end user led him to take on a role with Milwaukee Tool as a Territory Sales Representative in February 2018. He relocated from Guadalajara, Mexico to Miami, FL for this position. He was also able to gain experience as a JSS Territory Sales Manager.   Tino’s persistence in driving results, strong hold on business operations, and developing teams have helped him succeed in each role he has held. He was chosen for the opportunity to run the Team TTI Mexico sales team as National Sales and Operations Manager in June 2019 and in his current role in as Director of Sales since September 2021.      With his drive for developing strong teams and passion for driving international business strategy, Tino continues to excel in his career at Techtronic Industries.   • In this week’s spotlight, we’re proud to highlight Nick Wooton, MBA, Sr. Customer Fulfillment Manager, at our Greenville, SC office. Nick graduated from Clemson University in 2012 with a bachelor’s degree in business management and later earned his MBA from Anderson University in 2018. His strong educational foundation has been pivotal to his success at TTI, where he has consistently demonstrated exceptional performance and leadership. Nick began his career with TTI in October 2019 as a Sales Order Processing Analyst, quickly making an impact with his keen attention to detail and problem-solving skills. After just a year, he was promoted to Customer Fulfillment Manager, where he excelled in managing complex processes, improving operational efficiencies, and delivering top-notch results. Now serving as Sr. Customer Fulfillment Manager, Nick’s ability to collaborate across multiple divisions and drive strategic initiatives has made him a key contributor to the team's success. His deep understanding of product lines, paired with his hands-on approach, allows him to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvement.
