Lebanon's artistic heritage is one of its most cherished treasures. Our actors and performers, the storytellers who bring its culture, history, and the innermost emotions of its people to life, are among the most affected by the nation’s ongoing challenges. They are an integral part of what makes us, the Lebanese people, truly “us”. Now the keepers of our legacy and the narrators of our identity need our support. The devastating economic crisis, coupled with widespread social and infrastructural struggles, and not to mention the recent troubles that plagued our country, have left many artists unable to pursue their craft. With that, Takreem Foundation has taken the initiative to organize Shining Stars of Hope, an event dedicated to supporting Lebanon’s actors and performers.
