This is an incredible chance to support one of the most iconic festivals in the world while gaining hands-on experience in marketing, project coordination, and event management. Key Details: 🕞 Part-time: 20-30 hours/week (flexing higher as the festival approaches) 📍 Remote: January–August 2025 🎪 On-site: San Francisco, CA, August 4–12, 2025 (mandatory on-site: August 8–11) 💲 $40/hr-$50/hr estimated range What You’ll Do: 💼 Admin Support: Manage day-to-day tasks like meeting coordination, note-taking, and maintaining shared documents. 🖋️ Content: Copy edit marketing materials and assist with content development. 🌐 Web Coordination: Learn and manage the Statamic CMS for webpage updates, coordinate web projects, and work with partners to keep the website up to date. 🎟️ On-Site Logistics: Help with credentialing, supplies, and setup for Marketing, Content, and PR trailers during the festival. What They're Looking For: ✔️ 2+ years in a coordinator or administrative role ✔️ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills ✔️ Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) ✔️ Experience with tools like Statamic, Monday, or Google Suite (preferred but not required) ✔️ Familiarity with Outside Lands' voice and brand is a plus!
