    Pleased to announce that our proposed Baypointe Parkway project in San Jose has officially received Planning approval, marking a key milestone in our path to bring 334 new homes to the community! The Baypointe Community will feature: 334 units in total, comprising 42 single-family attached homes and 292 apartments. For-sale homes ranging from 1,348 to 2,317 sq. ft. Apartments ranging from 673 to 1,348 sq. ft. This achievement would not have been possible without the support and collaboration from the San Jose City staff.
