As 2024 comes to the finish line, we are excited to share news on our continued expansion and growing homesite count in Colorado. The team has been hard at work finalizing multiple land acquisitions that will add six communities, totaling 1,087 homes, to the greater Denver region. Stay tuned for more information as these communities—three in Aurora, one in Golden, one in Thornton, and another in Mead—take shape and bring much-needed homes to the market! The Northern California division came together this holiday season to organize a Toy Drive for KidsFirst, a non-profit organization established in 1989 with a mission to prevent and treat child abuse and neglect. Through education, advocacy, and counseling, KidsFirst supports children and families in the greater Placer County region, ensuring every child has a safe, healthy, and nurturing home. We were honored to contribute to this incredible cause, collecting over 175 toys, books and games, 54 jackets, and 40+ pieces of new clothing. A heartfelt thank you to our amazing team members and trade partners for their generous donations!
