Heartwarming holiday news from Williamstown, NJ! Since joining STA in 2016, Ed has built meaningful bonds with his riders, and they’ve shown their appreciation in such a thoughtful way. Yesterday, I facilitated a welcoming meeting with our latest family members at Birnie Bus Service, Inc in the Central New York region. We had a fantastic group of talented individuals from my applications team who helped implement our time and attendance system, Bytecurve to all locations within 2 months! We also had the extreme please to have GP Singh from ByteCurve LLC on hand, as well as some of the administrative folks from our new Birnie team. Absolutely wonderful meeting, with outstanding leaders in our industry where we got to meet the faces of individuals that make the magic happen! A place where we learn and grow, together - that’s the Student Transportation of America (STA) way!! 🚌

This weekend, Five Star Bus proudly partnered with 106 WCOD, The Cape Cod Five Cents Savings Bank, and Cape Cod Independent Power for the 29th Annual Cape Cod Stuff-A-Bus. For 60 hours, we collected toys for Cape Cod’s Toys for Tots program, keeping donations local to brighten the holidays for kids in our community. Thank you to everyone who supported this wonderful tradition!

Our Apollo-Ridge team in Spring Church, PA, brought the holiday magic to two local parades over Thanksgiving weekend! Their National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation-inspired bus earned: 🏆 2nd Place – Best Appearing Float (Iselin/West Lebanon Light Up Night Parade) 🏆 Best Appearing Float (Coal Run-McIntyre VFD Parade) This creative and festive team is a perfect example of how we bring community spirit to every season.
