Together with Billingsley Company and Gensler, we built a tilt-wall core and shell building with a full interior fit-out, including site development, structure, building envelope, utility infrastructure, and premier office space. This award-winning project features tech-enabled conference centers, specialized mother rooms, fitness and yoga centers, a coffee shop, café, and a standout Commercial Kitchen—a key highlight of the space. It has been recognized with the Tilt-Up Achievement Award and the Alphonse Engelman Safety Award by the Tilt-Up Concrete Association. Like a good neighbor, we delivered an exceptional space. One of our standout projects: the 506,000 SF State Farm Headquarters fit-out in #RichardsonTX. This large-scale, first-generation interior build-out began while the base building construction was still underway, requiring close coordination and innovative planning to deliver on time and with precision. We collaborated with State Farm, developer KDC Real Estate Development & Investments, and design partner Corgan to create a space full of character—exposed steel beams, barn wood, digital wall graphics, and LED lighting.
