Bij Dumari kijken we dankbaar terug op een jaar vol bijzondere resultaten. Samen met onze partners hebben we: • 2 dammen uitgegraven die nu 100 miljoen liter #water leveren aan de lokale bevolking in Goshi, #Kenia. 💧 • De bouw van een middelbare school gestart, die straks honderden kinderen toegang geeft tot onderwijs. 📚 • De eerste plannen voor een medisch centrum afgerond om lokale gezondheidszorg toegankelijk te maken. 🏥 • Onze impact uitgebreid naar #Oeganda, waar we nieuwe gemeenschappen ondersteunen. 🌱 • Een kippenboerderij opgestart waardoor de Goshi gemeenschap duurzaam kippen, eieren en vlees kan verkopen en consumeren. En nog véél meer... 100 Million Liters of Water for the Goshi Community! 🚰 Together with Kitanda, NewLife Mission Norway, and the local government, Dumari has helped in bringing clean water to the #Goshi region in Kilifi County. Over the past months, we dug two water pans that are now filled with 100 million liters of #water! This water will be filtered for drinking and used for agriculture, directly enabling the community to thrive. Real impact. Real change. Building lives, together. Project 'Piki Piki' Completed! 🏍️ Huge thanks to all our contributors and Wilde Ganzen! Together, we raised €1400 to provide Robert Chengo with a motorcycle, giving him the freedom to reach more people across the Goshi community (Kenya). Here’s the cool part: this was all built on 193 living stones—small €7.25 contributions that add up to real impact. Each “stone” helped us lay the groundwork for change, empowering the community with better access to markets, resources, and opportunity.
