Speed drives us, but calm guides us 🏎️🍃 Last week was a journey of changing rhythms for Stateside. It began with leadership meetings, where decisions and strategies took shape at full speed. Then, we hit the karting track with the entire administration team. Adrenaline and speed ruled the race 💨 —every turn and acceleration mirrored how we work day to day: fast, focused, and constantly moving. But the next day, we shifted gears. We visited Las Cataratas de la Paz 💧 The sound of cascading water, the majestic nature, and the serenity reminded us of something essential: slowing down is also progress. At Stateside, speed drives us, but calm guides us. As a team, we learned something key: it’s not always about running faster, but about knowing when to accelerate and how to slow down to make the best decisions 🚀🌿 This is how we close out 2024 and step into 2025.
