The world's largest recruiter of remote full-time jobs, enabling world-class tech talent to qualify for elite jobs.

About us

Crossover is a global recruitment company, founded in 2014. We're the world's largest recruiter that specializes in elite full-time remote jobs, hiring the top 1% of tech talent from every corner of the planet. We find awesome talent in overlooked places, by posting jobs all over the world, and giving everyone an equal opportunity to prove their skills are world-class. Our system of AI-powered assessments is based on objective factors that are scientifically proven to predict high performance (e.g. cognitive aptitude). 𝐇𝐄𝐋𝐏𝐅𝐔𝐋 𝐋𝐈𝐍𝐊𝐒: 🧑 Reviews from people we've hired: crossover.com/reviews 💼 Current openings: crossover.com/jobs 💎 Hire someone for your company: crossover.com/hire ♟️ How the process works: crossover.com/selection-process ❓ FAQs: crossover.com/help ~~~ 𝑵𝒐𝒕𝒆: Crossover jobs are are fully compliant with LinkedIn's policies, as well as the applicable laws in every country where we advertise. Allow us to clarify some common misconceptions: 1) The reason we post so many job ads is because LinkedIn organizes all job postings by location. So, the only way to reach candidates all over the world is to post multiple ads in every city you want to hire from. Most recruiters don't bother because it's too time consuming... but we're not most recruiters. 2) We mostly recruit independent contractors, not employees, because labor laws vary so much from one country to another that it's near-impossible to recruit globally otherwise (which is why it's still uncommon even though most jobs can now be done remotely). 3) As is standard for any self-employed person, the stated pay is the entire compensation package. Because they are not employees, each contractor is responsible for handling the things that an employer would take care of e.g. taxes, equipment, vacation time, health insurance. One of the major reasons that Crossover jobs pay so much more than local jobs is to overcompensate for these costs. It's hard, but it's worth it!

🤔 Are SMART goals actually... dumb? 🤔 We’ve been told to make our goals specific, measurable, and achievable - but in 2025, that advice is as outdated as VHS tapes. The truth? SMART goals can feel more like a corporate straitjacket than a blueprint for success. It’s time to shed the rigidity and embrace goals that actually fit the way we work today. ✅  SMART goals kill creativity: Innovation isn’t measurable, Karen! ✅  Adapt or fall behind: Flexible goals work better in chaotic, fast-paced environments. ✅  Stop aiming low: Set goals that excite you, not just ones you can check off a list. Ready to upgrade your goals? Here’s what to do instead. 💡 Read the article now! #smartgoals #goalsetting #morelesslists #remotemanager #remoteleadership #teamwork #crossover #AIjobs #remotejobs #remotework

5 'Remote Work Problems' That Are Actually Leadership Problems 👀 Your remote work "crisis" isn't about remote work at all. It's about leadership stuck in the past, trying to solve 2024 challenges with 1984 solutions. Let me break this down... 👇 1. "Nobody communicates effectively anymore!" Translation: "We've tripled our meetings and somehow that didn't fix everything!" The real problem? Leadership clinging to synchronous communication like it's the last lifeboat on the Titanic. • Virtual meetings: ⬆️ 300% since 2020 • Productivity loss from meetings: 40% • Solution: More meetings! (make it make sense 🤦) Reality check: Your teams don't need more meetings. They need smarter, async-first communication strategies. 2. "Our culture is dying!" Translation: "Nobody's using the ping pong table we spent $2000 on!" Fun fact: When companies went remote, Wharton-Penn found: • Women applications ⬆️ 15% • Diverse candidates ⬆️ 33% Plot twist: Maybe that office culture wasn't as inclusive as you thought. 🤔 3. "Everything's chaos without oversight!" Translation: "We've lost control of our processes!" Here's the reality: Remote work doesn't create chaos. Unclear expectations and undefined metrics do. Success in remote teams comes from: • Clear, measurable objectives • Well-documented processes • Data-driven performance tracking • Structured workflow systems When you build the right frameworks, remote teams operate like well-oiled machines. No chaos in sight. 📊 4. "Productivity is tanking!" Translation: "People aren't performing endless productivity theater anymore!" The data: • 78% of workers can't finish tasks due to endless meetings • 67% of directors working overtime to keep up with meeting load • 0% of problems solved by adding more meetings Your productivity isn't tanking because people are at home. It's drowning in misguided management practices. 5. "The office enables better collaboration!" Translation: "We're paying a fortune for this office space and by god, someone's going to use it!" Top office distractions: • Background chatter (41%) • Random conversations (37%) • Constant interruptions (30%) That's not a productivity hub. That's an expensive distraction machine. 🚨 The Wake-Up Call: These aren't remote work problems. They're leadership problems wearing a remote work costume. Want real solutions? Start here: 1. Slash meeting time by 50% (minimum) 2. Build async-first processes 3. Focus on outcomes, not hours logged 4. Create searchable documentation Leaders can either adapt their practices or watch their best talent find leaders who already have. What's it going to be? 🤔 Your turn: • Which of these "problems" hits closest to home? • What outdated practices is your company still clinging to? • Ready to be part of the solution? Drop your thoughts below 👇 #RemoteWork #Leadership #FutureOfWork #ManagementTips PS: Don't forget to tag your boss in the comments. 😅
