2024 was very kind to me, in work and in more personal aspects. As much as I try not to dwell too much on the past, I think that last year deserves a brief recap (this is not a flex!). Here’s a snapshot of the journey: 💍 I got married in Mexico, surrounded by family and close friends. Hard to top that, right? But then: ✈️ I went to Japan and Korea for my honeymoon, fulfilling a lifelong dream of exploring these incredible cultures. Now, in the professional realm: 🏅 I was recognized by Experis as one of the Top 25 Figures Driving Local Technology. 🤝 At SpaceDev, we managed to strengthen the Operations and Tech teams to meet the challenges that come with a period of fast growth.  🧠 We also invested in web3 consulting and development expertise so that we can continue delivering high-quality, innovative solutions.  🏆 SpaceDev was recognized by Clutch as one of the Top 3 Blockchain Providers globally. 🌍 23 new clients from around the world. 🔗 50% of projects were web3-related. 🚀 37 new team members. 🤝 We co-organized the first Ethereum Buildathon in Uruguay (which turned out great!) Ethereum Uruguay 🎤 I participated in both local and international events events, sometimes as a speaker. If tomorrow I bask for a moment in the joy of leaving an awesome year behind, it’s because of the professionalism and dedication of the SpaceDev crew, whose hard work made every milestone possible. They’re the true heroes of 2024. I’m proud of what we accomplished and even more excited for what’s ahead. Here’s to keep building and improving! Happy New Year! 🥂

Impossible to summarize 2024 in a single post, but it’s been a fantastic year! Most of all, it’s been an intense and rewarding journey for our team, which rode a big wave of growth without losing sight of its goals or the special culture that makes SpaceDev what it is. Kudos to them—and their leaders—for achieving: 🏆 Top 3 Blockchain Providers according to Clutch 🌟 Top 1000 Providers Worldwide according to Clutch (from over 350,000 globally) 🌍 23 new clients from the USA, EMEA, and LATAM 🔗 50% of projects were web3-related 🚀 37 new team members 🎤 5 international events attended, including Consensus, Ethereum Argentina, LABITCONF and more. 🇺🇾 Paticipation in countless national events 🤝 1 all-hands to align the team in person 🎉 1 get-together to celebrate and wrap up the year Also, I made my debut as speaker at a local GoogleDev Fest (GDG Montevideo), where I talked about how blockchain is upgrading the world. Last week, Juan Manuel Sobral, Grecia Tardáguila, Stephania A., and Diego Priliac –leaders of various areas at SpaceDev– sat down with me to analyze this past year, looking at the good, the bad, and what to improve. Our intention: continuing our growth trend in 2025! 🎄 Merry Christmas, 🎆 Happy New Year, and 🥂 cheers to an excellent start!
