"We know in mental health, the strength of the therapeutic alliance between the patient and clinician is predictive of a positive treatment outcome," said Dr. Parikh. "For marginalized communities, it’s our responsibility to curate a diverse clinical team with a range of ethnic and cultural backgrounds and lived experiences, and we have seen great outcomes by investing in a diverse team."
