The building has a golf simulator inside and hosts different events and/or food trucks nearly every day of the month. The inventory added includes two bathroom boards in the communal hand washing station, one bathroom board in the men’s room, and one Sibox in the bar area. Thad Johannessohn has decided to sell his Clarksville, TN market to Gianni Scramuzza. Although you all may have seen Thad’s social media post with this announcement, we wanted to make sure we introduce you to Gianni and his wife, Maggie, (pictured with Maggie in the middle and Gianni to the left). This duo took part in training at our corporate office in the beginning of September. Gianni also owns a pressure washing business called Precision Exterior Cleaning. Also, in attendance at training a couple weeks back was Brad Zaugg (pictured next to our CEO, Tony), the new franchise owner of Madison, WI. Brad also owns a Zerorez franchise business in the market. And if you’re thinking that last name sounds familiar, you would be correct! Brad and Chancellor Zaugg from Nashville are related. With any changing of hands of markets, we are always sad but appreciative of the support we have had from the previous owners but also excited for the new franchise owner to succeed in this fun business! Sherry will be staying onboard to ensure a smooth transition and we have greatly appreciated her 26+ years as a franchisee and all she has contributed to the success or Social Indoor and the Mankato market. Rick and his wife Kelley (pictured) live in Wilmar, MN and own an Appliance and Home Center. Their daughter, Kenzie, and son-in-law, Dan, will be helping out with the day to day in the market. We are excited to have this team part of the SI family. Please join us in giving them a huge congratulations on their new venture with the Mankato Market!

#venueupgrade 🤩 #socialindoor 📢 #moescharhouse 😄 Last week we installed digital boards in the bathrooms of Moe’s Char House in Chanhassen. These boards compliment the SiBox that we installed last month. Moe’s is located off Arboretum Blvd, catty-corner from the Chanhassen Dinner Theater. The restaurant has been closed the last few weeks for renovations, they are set to reopen next week.
