This Christmas, we’ve partnered with Paloma Faith and the Sky Kids Choir to reimagine Silent Night as Silent Night, Gentle Light - a heartfelt carol that highlights the sensory challenges many children face during the festive season 🎄   Launching alongside the Ready Eddie Go! Christmas special explores the world of Eddie, a six-year-old autistic boy navigating everyday experiences for the first time. The song encourages families to embrace Christmas in their own way, balancing joy and calm.   We’re proud to support Caudwell Children's Charity, with all proceeds from the song helping families create magical, inclusive moments. Where colleagues across 12 Sky sites connected at one time for great causes - partnering with our Sky Cares charity partners to wrap gifts for those most in need. 🎁 After over 2,000 gifts were wrapped - we did it, setting a world record in the process. Throughout the day, our Cyber Security, Software Engineering, and Technology grads and apprentices had the opportunity to share all their hard work with other teams around the business, receive feedback and grow their networks. Last month, we celebrated the incredible achievements of colleagues driving the Sky Zero Business Transformation Programme 🙌   At the very first Sky Zero Awards, we took a moment to recognise the dedicated individuals powering sustainable change across our business, both online and in person at Sky Cinema, in Osterley.   The event was hosted by Sky News presenter Leah Boleto and featured insights from colleagues like Group Head of Procurement Pat Durai-Bates and Tom Parrott, Head of Sustainability & Insight for our facilities, who shared updates on our Liftshare programmes and how we are continuing to purchase renewable electricity to power our operations in the UK and Ireland.    A massive congratulations to all the award winners 🎉 Take a look at the night below.

Telling authentic stories. ✨   The Sky Sports New Focus Fund was designed to break down barriers, empower creative talent and bring fresh perspectives to sports storytelling. As part of Sky’s commitment to supporting the representation and progression of minority groups, this initiative set out to make the sports landscape more inclusive and reflective of the diverse world we live in.   In November, we brought the industry together to celebrate the New Focus Fund with a showcase event featuring eight remarkable content creators. Each project highlighted unique, authentic narratives that were crafted with complete creative freedom — from capturing the raw passion of a female football fan on the terraces to uncovering the quirky story behind a boxer's misspelled tattoo.   These creators challenged conventions, shared untold stories and offered perspectives that only they could bring.   Discover the full New Focus Fund collection here ▶️ https://lnkd.in/e-p998jV
