One of our most requested features over the past few weeks has been AI sourcing. Basically, recruiters want a way to find candidates conveniently, typically by using publicly available LinkedIn data. Moreover, people don't like boolean search, and very often, cannot represent their ideal candidates simply as a set of booleans. So, we decided to build out the feature, allowing recruiters to directly find the LinkedIn profiles of potential candidates, purely based on a natural language query. So you can now enter things like "Financial Analysts who used to work at a Big 3 Consulting Firm" and SkillPool will automatically find the matches for you!
