Every delivery counts. In fact, 90% of US consumers say they will REPURCHASE from a brand based on a single POSITIVE delivery experience. Learn more about how Veho turns shipping from cost center into value driver from VP of Marketing Guy Ruck. ↘️ https://lnkd.in/gbd_hmKt

The speed and reliability of a shipping partner can make or break peak season. Hear from Group Product Lead Jared Lindauer about how Veho's commitment to rapid iteration and innovation ensures that brands have the tools they need to provide exceptional service to their customers. ⤵️ https://lnkd.in/eztuhEnw

Just like any other investment, shipping should be evaluated on the return it generates. Hear from CEO Itamar Zur via CNBC's Squawk on the Street on why brands are more frustrated than ever with legacy carriers-- and why they deserve a better ROI on shipping spend. ⤵️
E-commerce brands will spend more on holiday shipping this year than they ever have before. Sales and shipments are smashing records (Veho has already delivered over 3 million parcels since Black Friday week), but so are the price hikes and surcharges that legacy carriers are charging brands. Many brands who think they will end the year with a great holiday season will have sticker shock when they see their shipping bills in January. As I discussed with Frank Holland on CNBC's Squawk on the Street, we are seeing mounting frustration from brands. They are being asked to pay more every year for a service that isn't getting better (and often getting worse). Even more so, they are realizing that they should expect a higher ROI on their shipping spend. #retail #ecommerce #shipping

'Boots on the ground' at Veho is integral to our success. We know that in order to fast and solve real problems, we must fully understand the problems and opportunities of our industry. Hear from CEO and Co-founder Itamar Zur as featured in Forbes on why Veho was founded with this hands-on approach, and why it remains core to our culture. ⤵️
As the CEO of Veho, I personally deliver parcels at least twice per month. This “boots on the ground” experience is one of the best uses of my time. It grounds me in what customers, clients and driver-partners experience. I see first-hand how our technology drives industry-leading on-time delivery and customer satisfaction. I also see where we must improve (and there is always room to improve!), and can act quickly. This hands-on approach is how Veho was founded and remains core to our culture. Right now, many Veho corporate employees and executives are in our distribution hubs, working as one team during our busiest time ever, while also identifying technology and process improvements that can drive better sort and delivery results. As I wrote in this Forbes article, it is critical for leaders to put their own boots on the ground to ensure they fully understand problems, opportunities, and the needles they must thread to win. How do you make sure you stay connected to the reality of your business?
