Redefining Supply Chain Visibility: From “Somewhere Between A and B” to Complete Control Supply chain visibility isn’t a "nice-to-have" — it’s a competitive advantage. Yet, too many Chief Supply Chain Officers (CSCOs) are stuck with outdated tracking that leaves them guessing. At WARP, we’re transforming pool distribution with precision tracking and real-time visibility — not yesterday’s updates, but second-by-second insight from dock to final delivery. It’s smarter, faster, and built for CSCOs who demand excellence. 💡 What Makes Warp Different? 1️⃣ Real-Time, Always-On Tracking (See It. Control It.) No more “last scanned at Facility X.” With Warp, every shipment is live-tracked in real time. See the exact location, speed, and route of every truck. React in real-time, not after it’s too late. 2️⃣ Accurate ETAs (No More 8-Hour Windows) "Delivery by 9-5" is no longer acceptable. Our system provides precise, data-driven ETAs — down to the minute — so you can better plan dock schedules, align with stakeholders, and avoid costly delays. 3️⃣ Proactive Alerts (Don’t Just Track Problems — Prevent Them) Issues don’t wait for you to check in. Warp’s smart alerts notify you of delays and disruptions as they happen. Stay ahead of potential slowdowns and keep your customers in the loop — before they ask. 4️⃣ Technology that Thinks Ahead (Not Just Tracks, But Predicts) Tracking isn’t enough. Warp’s tech goes further, optimizing routes, improving driver performance, and providing actionable insights. While others process old data, Warp's system is already optimizing tomorrow's routes. Why CSCOs from Top Fortune 500 Companies Choose WARP Operational Control: See every shipment in motion, in real time. Customer Confidence: No more vague delivery windows — accurate ETAs keep customers happy. Agility in Disruption: Early issue alerts let you prevent delays, not react to them. Smarter Decisions: With live data, optimize routes, reduce costs, and boost efficiency. Traditional tracking is passive. Warp is proactive. If you’re ready to go from “maybe” to “absolute certainty” in your supply chain, it’s time to see what Warp can do. Our technology empowers CSCOs to be proactive, not reactive. Don’t track history — control the future. 👉 Learn how Warp can give you the visibility edge you’ve been waiting for: https://lnkd.in/gdK6irjJ #CSCO #SupplyChain #SupplyChainExcellence #PoolDistribution #LogisticsInnovation #OperationalControl #RealTimeTracking #ProactiveLogistics #FreightTech #SupplyChainVisibility

As the year comes to a close, I’ve taken time to reflect on some key trends we’ve seen at Warp in 2024: 1. Tech is driving efficiency. AI, machine learning, and automation have made our asset-less business model even more appealing. These advancements cut our cost to serve customers by 32%. 2. The shift from legacy logistics continues for large shippers. Despite a challenging year for logistics tech, the trend is clear: of 22 qualified inbound leads we spoke with, 20 were looking to leave a legacy freight provider. Only two considered switching from a tech-enabled competitor. 3. Customer service is declining. While this is anecdotal, it’s a widespread concern. Many shippers expressed frustration about feeling neglected, often due to frequent account manager changes with providers. New managers lacked the necessary context, leaving customers dissatisfied. Across the industry, tech advancements and cost-cutting measures have boosted short-term profits but sacrificed the customer experience. At Warp, we see room for improvement here as well. Addressing this imbalance will be a top priority for me in 2025. With all that said, we’re expanding our client success team WARP! If you’re passionate about bringing innovation to freight and are driven by impact rather than just work-life balance, we’d love to hear from you. Reach out to learn more about the roles we’re hiring for!

Are increased transportation costs, fuel price volatility, and the need for greater efficiency hitting your bottom line? In today’s competitive landscape, Fortune 500 transportation leaders are constantly challenged by: 🚛 Underutilized Vehicles: Are your trucks running with unutilized space, driving up per-shipment costs and wasting resources? 🛣️ Inefficient Routes: Is your network lacking consolidation, leading to excessive miles traveled and higher fuel costs? 📦 Soaring Last-Mile Expenses: Are fragmented, frequent deliveries piling on costs, making it harder to keep last-mile expenses in check? These challenges don’t just add up—they cut into margins and can limit the flexibility of your entire supply chain. How can you get these costs under control while staying agile and efficient? The Answer: Warp’s Pool Distribution With pool distribution, we consolidate multiple shipments into a single truckload, transport it to a central hub, and then strategically redistribute it to nearby locations. This approach creates significant cost-saving benefits and helps logistics leaders operate smarter: 📈 Economies of Scale Consolidating shipments maximizes truck capacity, lowering the cost per delivery by spreading expenses over a larger volume of goods. ⛽ Lower Mileage & Fuel Costs Optimized routing and consolidation reduce overall miles traveled and fuel consumption, giving you savings where it counts. 🚚 Fewer Vehicles, Lower Costs By minimizing the number of trips, pool distribution cuts down on the number of vehicles needed, reducing maintenance, labor, and operational expenses. Here’s how Warp makes pool distribution work for you: --- Ready to reduce your logistics costs and operate smarter? As innovative omnichannel transportation leaders, everyone’s navigating the challenge of building a more eco-friendly supply chain. One powerful way to reduce carbon emissions? Pool distribution. By consolidating shipments and minimizing long-haul and last-mile deliveries, this approach significantly decreases the environmental footprint of logistics operations. The logistics sector is a substantial contributor to global greenhouse gas emissions, accounting for approximately 8% of the total. A significant portion of these emissions stems from transportation activities, particularly long-haul and last-mile deliveries. These segments often involve underutilized vehicles and inefficient routing, leading to unnecessary fuel consumption and increased carbon output. Pool distribution addresses these inefficiencies by consolidating shipments from multiple suppliers into a single truckload, which is then transported to a central hub for redistribution to final destinations. This method offers several environmental benefits: Reduced Vehicle Miles Traveled: By combining shipments, the total number of trips is decreased, leading to fewer miles traveled and, consequently, lower fuel consumption. Optimized Load Capacity: Maximizing vehicle load capacity ensures that each trip is as efficient as possible, reducing the number of vehicles on the road. Decreased Idle Time: Efficient routing and scheduling minimize idle times, further cutting down fuel usage and emissions. Implementing pool distribution can lead to substantial environmental gains. Studies have shown from a report by the World Economic Forum that optimizing supply chain logistics through strategies like pool distribution can reduce carbon emissions by up to 30%. At Warp, we’re reimagining pool distribution to align with the pressing need for sustainability in logistics. Here’s how we’re doing it: --- Are you ready to go green with Warp?
