Demolition is underway today at 420 Summit Avenue, the first of 9 vacant buildings to be demolished to make way for 41 new townhomes. We thank the project team that made this possible including MLB Construction Services, AIK Property Group, New York State Homes & Community Renewal, BCNI- Better Community Neighborhoods and the Capital Region Land Bank. This is a $13 million investment in the future of a city neighborhood.
