THE FUTURE IS TRENCHLESS: As one of the leading manufacturers worldwide in the field of trenchless rehabilitation of pipes you can expect more from us than an "off the shelf" product. For Cured-in-Place-Pipes (CIPP) SAERTEX multiCom is one of the market leaders offering GRP liners for sewer applications (waste water) and pressure pipes with potable water, gas or other media. Our solutions comply with the established international standards like ISO 11296-4, ISO 11297-4, and ASTM F2019 and include all sizes of diameters for sewer applications up to DN1800 (70 inch), as well as various cross-section profiles like round or egg shapes. The used UV-CIPP technology provides higher mechanical properties compared to felt liners, such as thinner liner wall thicknesses, which results in cost-effective solutions and other benefits like hydraulic improvements to the end user. The ISTT (International Society for Trenchless Technology) awarded SAERTEX multiCom with the No-Dig Award 2019 in Florence, Italy, for its development of a GRP liner for potable water.(http://www.istt.com/index/winners-no-dig/id.100#top). In our production facilities in Saerbeck (Germany), Huntersville, NC (USA) and Pinghu (China), our products are manufactured with regional supply chains for smaller footprints. And now it's curtains up for the first SAERTEX-LINER H2O in Australia 📹💧 In great team work, Pipe Core Pty Ltd, Total Plumbing Solutions PTY LTD, Rausch Rehab GmbH and our SAERTEX multiCom team completed Australia's first installation of SAERTEX-LINER H20 in Geelong, Victoria, on behalf of the Asset Owner, Barwon Water in October 2024. This groundbreaking installation raises the bar in trenchless technology for potable water infrastructure, offering a safe, clean, and cost-effective solution for renewing drinking water pipelines. Our SAERTEX-LINER H2O not only restores functionality but also meets the highest hygienic standards for potable water. It has received an appraisal from the WSAA for renovating drinking water pipes and is certified to AS/NZS 4020 standards by the Australian Water Quality Centre. The successful rehabilitation will now serve the community's needs for more than 50 years. #trenchless #cipp #nodig
