RMR Residential welcomed 150 corporate and ARIUM team members to Atlanta for our annual 2024 Leadership Summit aptly themed “Momentum.” The impactful three-day event was comprised of panels with executives, including RMR CEO Adam Portnoy, breakout sessions and group discussions focused on ‘making moments’ for our residents. Julia Furber, one of our amazing Regional Property Managers in Florida (pictured far right), attended the National Apartment Association (Naahq) Assembly of Delegates in Atlanta to represent Region 9. Additionally, Julia is a member of NAA’s Next Gen Committee where she offers mentorship to young professionals and supports their relationship-building within NAA and the industry. At the event, Julia was recognized with the Next Gen GOAT Award – Congrats, Julia! That’s a wrap on our 2024 leadership development series, High Impact Communications! Featuring 150+ attendees, 13 sessions and 5 facilitators across 4 states, the training offered RMR Residential and ARIUM employees in-person instruction on best practices in communications, covering topics such as delivering constructive feedback, coaching and the importance of building the “Trust Bucket” with direct reports. This training series was a great success and we are incredibly grateful to our session leaders, as well as to everyone who attended, participated and went home feeling empowered! Our teams pulled together their “superpowers” to make a super-sized impact this year for Food-a-Thon, raising funds to distribute 20,000+ meals to people in need. RMR Residential team members recently attended Heroes for Hope, Hope Atlanta’s annual fundraising event which raised $800,000 to end homelessness. Hope Atlanta’s work and programs are vital to local communities and we are honored to support their housing and food services through our reoccurring event sponsorship. It was a smashing soiree! Last week, RMR Residential hosted a rooftop soiree to celebrate the grand opening of their LA office.
