Now that the parties are over, it’s time to hit the ground running in 2025 and share our New Year’s Resolutions. We’ll start: This year, Rhyze will introduce new products and asset classes, continuing to deliver on all six of our core pillars. The end of the year is a great time for reflection, and as we look back on 2024, we couldn’t be more appreciative of our team and partners. From onboarding our first CRE loan in February to now having more than 20 team members, 25 credit union partners, and our second asset class under construction – we are incredibly blessed and humbled by the support of everyone involved. A huge thank you to all of you for 2024, and here’s to another exciting roadmap for 2025!

An accomplished public speaker and member of several non-profit and advisory boards, she brings a passion for both excellence and inclusivity to any room she’s in. On top of all that, she’s earned the coveted CISSP cybersecurity certification. We’re thrilled to add an advisor with her experience and skillset to the board.

If you’re superstitious, the Federal Reserve’s final meeting of the year next week might have you a bit worried. A month ago, Jerome Powell said, “The economy is not sending any signals that we need to be in a hurry to lower rates” (link below), which was a departure from the popular opinion that more rate cuts were coming soon.
