Earlier this week, the House Bipartisan Task Force on Artificial Intelligence released a landmark report on AI. This report represents the first comprehensive congressional examination of AI — and, to a lesser extent, deepfake detection. After parsing the 253-page report, I can say it highlights what Reality Defender has long recognized: deepfakes pose an urgent and growing threat to institutional trust and security. While this congressional examination represents an important step in addressing AI risks, organizations need proven solutions today. Reality Defender is already delivering the comprehensive deepfake detection capabilities that the report identifies as critical.
