Ramsey County has named Catrice O'Neal director of Ramsey County Workforce Solutions and the executive director of the Workforce Innovation Board. O'Neal joins the county from the city of Brooklyn Park where she spearheaded transformative workforce development initiatives, including launching a Workforce Development division for Brooklyn Park and Brooklyn Center and served as Workforce Development program director since 2021. O'Neal will begin at the county on Jan. 6, 2025. "I am truly excited about the opportunity to join the Workforce Solutions team to continue making a meaningful impact on our local workforce," said Catrice O'Neal. "I am particularly energized to continue fostering new and existing partnerships and work toward building a more inclusive and equitable workforce across Ramsey County."
