While many organizations still face post-pandemic vacancies, the city has made significant progress in closing the gap, especially in critical public safety roles. Across the city, application rates have doubled since implementation of the "Imagine Yourself" campaign, and the Talent Acquisition division in the City’s Human Resources Department. The work accomplished through the ARPA-funded Recruitment, Retention, and Hiring Support project also identified future strategies the City can build upon.
