  • How are your Cyber Monday sales shaping up? 🧐 We've been tracking real-time customer behavior and here's what we've found so far: 💻Less people are browsing during the workday - with lower traffic volumes than Black Friday and 82% of traffic coming from mobile. 💸 Many consumers waited until today to buy - with a big surge in conversions compared to Black Friday - making it a good time for personalized deals and add-ons. 😡 More purchases means more frustration - the highest we've seen across Cyber 5, despite a 25% drop in error rates.
