Dear Puget Sound PMI Chapter Members, As we approach the end of 2024, we are filled with gratitude and pride for all we’ve achieved together as a chapter. This year has been nothing short of transformative, and we owe it all to the dedication and enthusiasm of our incredible members and volunteers. Celebrating Milestones and Growth This year marked a momentous occasion as we celebrated our 40th Anniversary! Four decades of excellence, learning, and community in project management is a testament to the strength and resilience of our chapter. In addition to our anniversary celebration, we’ve reached several pivotal goals: Updated Bylaws: We've enhanced our governance by introducing new integral portfolios focused on volunteer engagement and community outreach, ensuring a brighter and more connected future for all members. Membership Milestone: We surpassed the incredible milestone of 3,098 members—welcoming 160 new members this year alone. Your engagement and support continue to make us one of the largest and most dynamic PMI chapters. Looking Forward to 2025 The future of our chapter is brighter than ever, and we are thrilled to share what’s in store. Our amazing Board of Directors is committed to delivering initiatives, programs, and events that provide immense value to your professional journey. Here's what you can look forward to in 2025: More Events: A mix of virtual and in-person events designed to fit your busy schedules. Educational Opportunities: Workshops and sessions to help you earn PDUs, obtain certifications like the PMP, and stay at the forefront of industry trends.
