Two of the best things about leading our government team at Procurated are 1) Watching procurement leaders share never-before-seen performance insights with their suppliers, and 2) coloring in another state on our Canary map. This week, I got to do both. It was really exciting to join Pennsylvania’s outstanding COSTARS team, as they led their first-ever group business review with suppliers on their office supplies contract. They used performance insights from Canary to guide their conversation and encourage deeper collaboration.
