Our team had the wonderful opportunity to join our partners at the YWCA Clark County in their Holiday Shop again this year. The holiday season is a time for connection, gratitude, and giving. We are so appreciative of the YWCA's effort to provide gifts to families in need. We had so much fun helping wrap the donations!

We all want leaders who are accountable. But what does that actually mean? Accountability is about setting clear goals, communicating them with your team, and then acting with integrity, no matter the outcome. It's an active ownership of decisions, outcomes, and – most importantly – the relationships leaders hold with the people they lead. Accountable leaders use their actions to demonstrate their integrity and dynamic commitment to their goals, their organization, and those around them.
