The BOI reporting requirements have been such a moving target in trying to navigate, and yet another twist. Late last night (12/26), a merits panel of the Fifth Circuit court once again vacated the motion to stay the injunction, thus halting FinCEN's ability to enforce the BOI reports. Again. It continues to be unclear how this will ultimately be resolved. Best suggestion is to continue gathering information necessary for filing your BOI report, so you are prepared to file if the injunction is lifted again.
