2024 has been a successful, yet busy year for our product team after 3 major releases. So let's take a look at some of the enhancements we rolled out this past year: - Efficiency metrics and trends were added to our Impact & Value View. - Comment Report added new filters, benchmarkable metrics and qualitative analysis. - Matrix Questions and Question Branching were added to assessments. - Demographic data no longer needs to be collected, it can be uploaded. - Benchmark Analysis added new charts, "Leading", "Consistent" and "Lagging" categories, and quartile benchmarking. - Exposed API Connectors to provide users access to integration information. Our product roadmap is greatly influenced by customer feedback, as evidenced by many of the items listed above.
