    How should organizations navigate the ever-changing landscape of social media channels? With newcomers Bluesky and Threads, as well as rebranded X, companies face decisions of which arenas to join, which to leave and where to stay put. To address these concerns, Penta research conducted a survey of 500 American adults, equally distributed among political ideologies, to better understand their perception of these social channels.   • The latest biweekly Economic Sentiment Index (ESI), produced in collaboration with Penta and CivicScience, reflected a 0.2 dip in overall economic confidence from November 20 - December 3. Notably, confidence in the overall U.S. #economy decreased the most of the ESI’s five indicators for the second period in a row, falling 3.4 points to 50.1. This metric decreased by 3.2 points during the last two-week period. The ESI’s other four indicators adjusted as follows: —Confidence in personal finances decreased 2.9 points to 59.3. —Confidence in finding a new job decreased 1.0 points to 41.3. —Confidence in making a major purchase increased 3.2 points to 30.2. —Confidence in buying a new home increased 3.2 points to 24.7.
