In her role, Lee Ann will oversee the business development team while also building out our portfolio services department. Lee Ann joins our team with over 25 years in various multifamily leadership roles, she has transformed many organizations by enhancing relationships with clients and customers, streamlining operations, delivering outstanding performance and building top-notch teams. Passionate about operational efficiency, she is committed to equipping her teams with industry-leading tools to "work smarter." Lee Ann has dedicated much of her career to third-party management, collaborating with both institutional multi-asset clients and single-property owners. Her expertise encompasses a broad spectrum of asset types, including high-rise developments, luxury communities, student housing, senior living, new construction, mid-rise, and garden-style properties across the Southeastern and Central United States. A graduate of the University of North Carolina, Lee Ann holds a CAPS certification through the National Apartment Association (NAA) and has previously been a licensed Realtor in both North and South Carolina.
