Tomorrow! Join us for our final webinar of the year, where we will hear from Dr. Richard Taylor on the science behind fractals - often called "the fingerprint of life" - and how incorporating these patterns into the built environment can improve health and performance. Register here! https://lnkd.in/guZ9WK6F
What do clouds, tree branches, and mountain peaks have in common? Fractals—nature’s intricate patterns—are at the heart of these scenes, often called “the fingerprint of life.” While scientists only recently unraveled their secrets, artists have been capturing fractals for centuries, from da Vinci's sketches to Pollock's paintings and Escher's prints. In our next webinar, Richard Taylor will discuss the science behind how fractals, when incorporated in the built environment, can improve health and performance. Presented in collaboration with our friends at Mohawk Group. Register here today! https://lnkd.in/guZ9WK6F

We’re honored to have been part of this incredible project. Congratulations, City of Manhattan Beach, on this remarkable achievement!
The Manhattan Beach Fire Station No.2 project is officially a 2024 APWA Southern California Chapter BEST Project of the Year! The Fire Station 2 project replaces the former, 70-year-old fire station with a modern, 9,116 SF facility. Furthering the critical life-saving and firefighting services provided by the City’s Fire Department, this new facility is designed to remain in operation after a significant seismic event and during extended power outages. The new station includes six individual crew dormitories, state-of-the-art kitchen, dining, exercise spaces, locker and laundry rooms, medical storage, and administrative offices. A special congratulations to the City of Manhattan Beach, our hard working Griffin Structures team, as well as PBK and Monet Construction on the completion of this award-winning public safety project! #GriffinStructures #GrowWithGriffin #ExcellenceInProjectDelivery #ProjectManagement #ConstructionManagement #Community #Architecture #Construction #PublicSafety #FireStation #APWA
