We welcome Dylan Hedrick, PE, to the DIG Engineers team as our Regional Director of Civil Engineering in the DFW Metroplex! Dylan brings over 20 years of expertise in civil engineering, specializing in land development, municipal engineering, infrastructure design, and project management. His impressive portfolio includes federal office buildings, public roadways, roundabouts, industrial warehouse parks, mixed-use commercial developments, and pad-site restaurants. Beyond delivering exceptional engineering solutions, Dylan’s experience spans: ✅ Preparing comprehensive site investigation reports, ✅ Managing zoning changes and property entitlements, ✅ Designing grading, drainage, and utility infrastructure, ✅ Navigating project permitting processes, and  ✅ Overseeing construction administration. In addition to his professional achievements, Dylan dedicates his time to public service as a city councilman for District 7 in Garland, Texas. We are confident that Dylan’s skills, leadership, and passion for impactful engineering will elevate our projects and enhance our value to our clients and communities. Welcome to the team, Dylan! DIG Engineers had a fantastic time hitting the links at the Lamar Educational Awards Foundation (LEAF) Annual Golf Tournament! From great drives to even better company, it was a day full of fun, friendly competition, and supporting our local community. Huge thanks to LEAF for hosting this fantastic event! We can’t wait to tee it up again next year!

DIG Engineers is thrilled to celebrate alongside Lamar Consolidated ISD at the dedication ceremony for James E. Steenbergen Middle School. This event marks the culmination of collaborative efforts to create a modern and inspiring learning environment that will serve the community for years to come. We are honored to have contributed to this important project and look forward to seeing this new school's positive impact on students, educators, and families in the area.
