The easiest way to think about partnerships is to imagine you are building your own sales team. ❓ Would you spend time onboarding a new Sales Rep so that he understands what are your USPs? ❓ Would you provide him with materials / presentations / access to tools that can help him succeed? ❓ Would you carefully explain how he is being measured and what he needs to do to get a bonus? ❓ Would you introduce him to the company, its values and mission/vision? ❓ Would you track his progress? ❓ Would you be available to answer any and all questions and guide him through the first months? Well...do the same with your partners:)
