About us
Orgo, derivative of "organization on the go" is a mobile app with a shared calendar that reflects life the way we actually live it. We have opened up the "accordion of time" to reveal its hidden components of preparation, early arrival, auto-calculated travel distance, drivers To, From and who needs to stay during. Orgo's smart notifications seamlessly guide your whole Crew via turn-by-turn instructions, serving as the "Waze to your day". Download today! https://www.orgoHQ.com/download

The Sports Business Leaders community spans all major sectors of the sports industry — NIL, Youth Sports, Emerging Leagues, Gaming, and more. Over the past six months, it’s been incredible to learn how community members in these sectors are driving innovation. I've found that the emphasis being placed on youth sports is a major contributor to the growth of the sports industry as a whole. Community members like Matt Wray (LENZ Sports Group), Dontae Privette (Philadelphia Youth Sports Collaborative), Jake Voorhees (AthletiFi), and Zoya Lehrer (Orgo) demonstrate how sports have become more accessible for youth athletes. Youth sports spending doubled from $20.4B in 2020 to $42.4B in 2023. Another exciting sector is NIL, with Philadelphia thought leaders like Jack Adler (Out2Win), Jake Kovalcik (Top Star Athletic Club), Tanner Maddocks (Athlete Squared), and Mark R. Koesterer (The Players NIL) leading the charge. The NIL market is projected to grow to $2.55B by 2026. It’s an exciting time to be in sports and a part of the SBL community. I’m looking forward to connecting with everyone at our next SBL event on 1/8 at Yards Brewing — a chance to network, share ideas, and continue shaping the future of sports. 📅 RSVP: https://lnkd.in/eFPqpY2J

We threw one final Sports Business Leaders banger last week to close the year! As I look back on 2024, one of the things I’m most grateful for is this roaring community that Justin Titchenell and I started in June. What began as a few virtual meetups, then a low profile first in-person meetup with three attendees (Sal Filardi, Billy Annesley, Michael Chauner ❤️), has evolved into an amazing tribe of sports investors, startup founders, and organizational leaders in numerous sports verticals. The group also includes early adopting service providers who are already doing business in sports, or see the future, and are paying attention to these insane capital flows into this market. One of the reasons why the meetups are nuts is that the sports business economy is absolutely humming! "The global youth sports industry today is a $30B market and expected to grow to $80B by 2030." Andrew Petcash Profluence+ Community. Local thought leaders in youth sports include Darnell Davis from Nike, Zoya Lehrer, Dontae Privette, Steven G., Michael Warech, Ph.D., Michael Hutner, Raymond Alvarez, David Lewanda, Matt Wray, Mark Dvoroznak, & Tim Murphy. The total (NIL) market is projected to reach $1.67B in 2024-25, which is up from $917M in 2021-22 when college NIL was introduced. Local thought leaders include Jack Adler, Jake Kovalcik, & Tanner Maddocks. The US sports betting industry is in its 7th year of regulated operations outside of Nevada. Operators have so far combined to generate $35B of lifetime gross revenue from more than $425B in total handle. Local experts include James Santore, Matt Hockenjos, Evan Davis, Sahil Patel, Katie Kohler, Tony Trzeciak, & Mike D'Addario. Attention on women in sports is heating up. The 2024 NCAA women's basketball championship game drew 18.7M viewers on average, the most ever for a women's basketball game. This was the first time a women's basketball game outdrew the men's final, which averaged 14.8M viewers. Local community champions include Stephanie D'Angelo, Amaya Howard, MPA, & Crystalrae States. Professional sports have become very serious business and returns on team investments can rival or exceed the returns from traditional asset classes. The recently developed Ross-Arctos Sports Franchise Index (RAFSI) measures the returns of team investments in the four major leagues in North America (MLB, NFL, NBA and NHL). The RAFSI shows a 13.1% return on investment. Our meetups are getting too many people to shoutout in just one post, so expect more highlights of other SBL members who are helping to lead this charge in the explosive sports industry. Thank you to everyone who came out to another event, our 10+ Profluence local chapter champions (thanks for connecting us Scott Garber!!!), and those who have been a part of this movement in Philadelphia. Don’t miss our next SBL event on January 8 at Yards Brewing Co. (500 Spring Garden) at 6 p.m. ET!! Join us, no tickets - bring your friends! 🤣 🚀

For our bootstrapped team, growth = organic content. I've focused on two channels, each with a distinct strategy: LinkedIn: ↳ First person narration of the founder journey ↳ Trust building with investors and partners ↳ Company updates and announcements (think: personal, intentional, authentic) Instagram: ↳ Connecting with #sportsparents at scale ↳ Testing new messaging and brand copy ↳ Social listening and user feedback (think: ad lib, conversational, memes) Writing for both has been super rewarding but I will say… balancing these voices in my head is a daily challenge. 🤪 The real joy, like with anything, is building genuine relationships along the way. A prime example? We're teaming up with one of my favorite IG creators for an exciting new partnership (coming soon) and collaborating on some new merch with another!👇 (Literally zero shame in our QR-scanning game) Do you have an approach to managing multiple channels with different audiences? #ContentStrategy #SocialMediaMarketing #BrandBuilding **** 👋 I’m Zoya and I committed to build & now grow in public. The founder journey can be lonely, but now a bit less so. After 18mos, one of my Co-Founders is finally out of stealth! Meet Michael Garvey, our incredible head of Product & UX. 10 things about the man who puts color inside of our world: ↳ NYC resident ↳ life-long gymnast ↳ Newport, RI native ↳ Yale University grad ↳ maniacal perfectionist ↳ Comp Sci and Psych major ↳ self-taught React Native dev ↳ colleague on my previous team ↳ makes complex things look easy ↳ loves to visit my dogs, not my kids There was a time when we sat down in front of a blank page and said “so, how do we envision the flow?” ✨ Crazy to think that together since, we’ve proudly produced 100s of creative assets and 1,000s of Figma screens. Developed our own design language, a brand that we’re obsessed with, and a product that customers embrace. I live for meetings with this beautiful person and now get to claim more of his time (and in-person on Tuesdays)! There IS an insanely talented, seasoned, and disciplined team that’s slowly emerging from behind the scenes and I can’t wait for the remaining two to be announced 😉 #grateful #teamaboveall #inthetrenches **** 👋 I’m Zoya and I committed to build & now grow in public.
