The Dec. 5 CyberOhio Summit brought together businesses, citizens, and government to explore cybersecurity initiatives and tackle challenges. Several DAS staff and partners were on hand for the event organized by the Ohio Innovation Technology Association in partnership with the Office of CyberOhio. Kirk Herath, Cybersecurity Advisor to Governor DeWine, delivered welcome remarks; Lexi Meade, Deputy Director for CyberOhio, spoke on a panel exploring the unique cybersecurity challenges faced by local governments; and State CIO Katrina Flory and Remard Colston, InnovateOhio Platform Administrator, also discussed key initiatives and shared successes in Ohio’s cybersecurity efforts. https://lnkd.in/gaHZCrTq
