Jade Moyer, ODJFS Chief Technology Innovation Officer, participated in a human-centered design two-day workshop for leaders hosted by The Columbus Foundation. She participated as part of our growing ODJFS human-centered design practice. Last year, 20 ODJFS employees attended a four-day HCD bootcamp at TCF. In addition, we’ve used HCD online courses from Civilla to train over 50 employees. By using the HCD principles of engaging the customer and co-designing with them, we are improving the ways we deliver our services and how customers interact with us and our systems.
