Last month, we hosted our Louisville Maintenance Cart and Shop Showcase—a fantastic opportunity to highlight the organization, dedication, and hard work from our maintenance teams that keeps our properties running smoothly. Our teams put their best foot forward, displaying organized maintenance shops and perfectly prepped carts across five of our beautiful communities: Hurstbourne Grande, The Willows, Plainview, Upton Oxmoor, and The Overlook. Teams also had a chance to tour new clubhouses, and hear from Managing Director, Greg McDearmon, who shared a little bit about the history of each community. The day was filled with camaraderie, inspiration, and a delicious lunch and door prizes at The Overlook Clubhouse to wrap it all up. 🍂🍴 Swipe through to see snapshots of the showcase and join us in celebrating the outstanding efforts of our maintenance teams. This month we were back in Louisville to begin another construction project on their ShelbyHurst Campus, and reflect on our shared successes.
