Southline Boston, the previous Boston Globe headquarters, was an extensive building repositioning carried out by Nordblom & Beacon Capital to create an amenity-rich space with labs, offices, retail and more. This trendy, industrial campus includes furniture for a roof deck, food hall, atrium lounge, game room, conferencing suite, tenant spaces and more. Another completed work for North Bay, the 167 units Multi Residential Life Time Living in Burlington. Erland Construction has done an excellent job in bringing this luxury athletic resort to life and North Bay is proud to be part of this milestone. Interior finishes have been completed by us at Burlington’s first and only integrated luxury apartments for Life Time Inc. and Nordblom Company in MA.
