Responsibilities: - Lead and mentor a diverse team of associates and supervisors. - Oversee inbound/outbound logistics, order processing, and inventory control. - Continuously optimize processes to enhance productivity and reduce costs. - Maintain compliance with safety protocols and foster a safety-first culture.
